We’ve got 100 head of Red Angus and Red Baldy cows, all solid four-, five-, and six-year-olds, weighing right around 1,150 pounds and loading out in just two clean truckloads. Most of these girls are home-raised, with only six or seven bought in, and they’ve been handled and managed right. They’re a mix of AI and bull bred, with some AI’d to 5L Devender and LCOC Augustine, then cleaned up with home-raised, low birthweight Red Angus and Simcross bulls. They’ll calve May 1st through June 30th, setting up perfect for grass. Gentle disposition, good look, and the kind that go to work every day and raise a good calf without much fuss.
