This is a good, honest set of 40 head of bred cows weighing right around 1250 to 1300 lbs, mostly home raised, made up of Black Angus, Red Angus, Black Baldy, Red Baldy, and a handful of Herefords. They’re 6 to 10 years old, with some broken mouth and short solid cows in the mix, and they’ve already proven themselves raising calves every year. These cows are gentle, easy to be around, polywire and electric fence broke, and have been rotationally grazed and are on the Blueprint mineral program. They were bull bred to Black Angus, Red Angus, Hereford, and Charolais bulls and will start calving March 27th with a 90 day calving window. They were arm preg checked, not ultrasound tested. Health-wise, they’ve had Vira Shield 6VL5, Bovine Pilishield, and Scour Boss 9, and they are not bangs vaccinated.
